Welcome to the Lifeways website which is full of information about the services we provide at Lifeways. As you read through our web pages, you will see we have included many stories and photos about people who use our services to give you a real feel for the work that we do. I would like to thank all those involved for sharing their experiences.
As an organisation, our team has always worked extremely hard to put our service users first and we were really pleased this was acknowledged recently with the re-accreditation of our ISO 9001:2000 quality certification. This was awarded because we were able to demonstrate we provide the best solutions possible, delivered to a consistently high quality standard.
As always, there is plenty going on within the organisation and I'm delighted to announce that we have some new board members, to help us continue with our exciting plans for growth. There are many positive changes taking place as part of the Government's 'Valuing People Now' agenda and, in time, many people who use our services will have access to individual budgets, to help increase the choice they have in how and where their money is spent. By having our own in-house Benefits Team, we can help people find answers to those financial questions which might be proving difficult.
