paul marriner exec team page Chief Executive: Paul Marriner, RNMH, BSc, DipHE, NVQ 5 (Strategic Management).

Paul is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the group and ensuring it adheres to high quality standards, policies and procedures, and professional practices.

Paul is a qualified nurse with over 20 years’ experience in planning, development and management of community-based services for people with learning or physical disabilities.

He joined Lifeways in 2000 and was promoted to Chief Executive in 2007.

frances daley   Finance Director: Frances Daley, MA(Cantab.), FCA, MSI.

Frances is responsible for ensuring the efficient and proper management and utilisation of the organisation’s financial resources and for maintaining proper accounting procedures and standards.

She is a Chartered Accountant with substantial experience at Finance Director level. After qualifying with Ernst & Young she spent 9 years in corporate finance and 14 years in various finance director roles before joining Lifeways in February 2008.

dorothy delooze exec team page   Quality Director: Dorothy Delooze, RNMH and Diploma in Management Studies.

Dorothy is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of the company.

She joined Lifeways in January 2008 from another national care provider where for 10 years she acted as Operations Director. She has over 25 years' experience within the care sector,

Her background is in the care of people with learning disabilities and she gained her nursing qualification with South Cheshire School of Nursing. She has a Diploma in Management Studies.


Jemima Taylor
Development Director: Jemima Taylor, BSc (Hon), DipDM.

Jemima brings to the business over 15 years of business development and marketing experience with both multi-national companies and SMEs across a diverse range of industries.

At Lifeways, she is responsible for the development of strategic growth and all external communications and literature.

She joined Lifeways in February 2008 with the Kentwood acquisition.

Lola Kay-Odusanya Human Resources Director: Lola Kay-Odusanya, BSc, MSc, Chartered MCIPD.

Lola is responsible for the development and delivery of Lifeways HR strategy, enabling the organisation to recruit, retain and motivate staff who will sustain and improve our business ethics.

She has a BSc. in Economics & Business Studies, a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

She has held several HR roles and has a wealth of experience from both private and public sectors delivering strategic and operational HR services.
