Short_breaks_16The Lifeways Group is well known for the excellent care and support services we provide and for our aim to provide value for money.

Our person centred approach is innovative, flexible and responsive. We put in place detailed support plans, risk assessments and work with the person who needs our support, their family carers, their health and social care professionals and care commissioners, to ensure the person is fully supported at all times.

Across our organisation, the person using our services is always at the centre of their provision.

Supporting people with a range of disabilities and complex needs including:

  • learning disabilities
  • mental health needs
  • autism (including Asperger syndrome)
  • profound and multiple learning disabilities
  • sensory and communication impairments
  • acquired brain injuries
  • complex behavioural and health needs
  • forensic needs

In addition, our highly experienced staff also care for people who have very specific requirements, for example, Prader-Willi syndrome, dual diagnosis and dementia.
