We have conducted our annual organisation wide satisfaction survey to find out what our 'key stakeholders' think of the services we provide. The detailed responses we've received are extremely valuable to us and play a key role in helping us to shape the way we deliver our services both now and in the future.

The Quality Team
We have a dedicated and professional Quality Team who all work hard to drive, monitor and evaluate good practice.
The team support our regional offices to maintain excellent quality, and to meet and exceed the standards required by legislation and the expectations of the people who use our services. They also work with the people we support to enable them to have a say in the way in which our services develop and improve.
