| Lifeways completes two new acquisitions |

Lifeways working with Christies & Co is pleased to announce that it has recently acquired both Clover Care Group Services Limited (“Clover Care”) and Home Support Services (Scotland) Limited (“HSS”). Both companies will continue to trade as Clover Care and Home Support Services, but will have access to Lifeways national structure and resources. Clover Care is based in Lancashire and provides supported living for young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. Home Support Services is based in Inverness, Scotland, and operates a supported living service predominantly for young adults with learning disabilities. Paul Marriner, Chief Executive, Lifeways, said: "The acquisitions will help us to enhance the service offering to our clients and geographical reach. Both Clover Care and Home Support Services are high quality service providers and have consistently been recognised for this by the CQC and the Scottish Care Commission respectively. We are keen to continue the development of Lifeways and hope to announce more acquisitions in the near future." |
