SLC provides supported living and specialist community support services for individuals with learning disabilities and physical disabilities as well as mental health and sensory needs. This includes people from within the deaf and blind communities.

SLC is based in Lancashire but due to further demand for quality services, it has also grown strongly into Derbyshire, the West and East Midlands, Yorkshire and Merseyside. As part of this growth, SLC acquired 5 further organisations with similar values which dramatically increased its geographical coverage to support in excess of 900 service users.
