My story - Craig Print E-mail
CraigService user Craig, from Haslingden in Lancashire, was a star for a day when he allowed a film crew into his home, his garden and his workplace to make a video diary.

Craig was a natural on camera – very relaxed and happy to share his story, demonstrating how the support he receives from Lifeways is enabling him to develop new skills and make a real contribution to his local community.

Craig and the film crew went to Haslingden Cricket Club (famous for fostering the sporting talents of England cricketer Ian Austin!), where Craig spends two days each week doing a variety of maintenance jobs, which are greatly appreciated by everyone at the club.

According to groundsman John Flanagan, “Craig is very focused, totally reliable and honest and knows everything about the job – he’s a smashing lad. And it’ll be great to see him and his achievements on film.” “I was a bit nervous about going in front of the camera,” said Craig, “but I really enjoyed the big day!”
