We have a strong track record of working closely with Social Service departments, NHS Primary Care Trusts and Supporting People teams, and are well versed working within these organisations’ own policy frameworks to ensure the needs of people who use our services are met.
We will always meet purchasers’ administrative requirements. For example, in the provision of tailored reports which fulfil a specific need.
We maintain a regular dialogue with commissioners and value feedback from them which is an important driver in maintaining and improving the quality of the services and support we provide.
By developing and implementing innovative practices and services we are able to:
- enhance services
- improve outcomes for service users
- be more responsive to the changing needs of both service users and purchasing authorities
We also work with other relevant agencies and a range of professionals to ensure that the people we support have access to:
- a full range of health services
- independent advocacy services
- benefits advice and entitlements
- employment and Lifelong Learning opportunities
- the full range of community facilities which are available to their fellow citizens
