Lifeways Community Care provides a range of individual support services to enable people to live in their own homes, as tenants of housing providers or private landlords.

Our services include domiciliary care, such as help with household tasks like meal preparation, shopping, gardening and cleaning, as well as personal care tasks such as getting in and out of bed and dressing, washing, supervising medication and accompanying people on outings or to appointments.

Providing meaningful day time activities

The key element of our support services is that they are built around individuals. This will support them to undertake activities during the day, with the main focus being on learning and development.

We, therefore, aim to help people find fulfilling activities in the community. For the more able, we can help find suitable employment or places where they can assist in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Giving 24-hour support

Individual support doesn’t stop when the lights go out. It can also mean providing night time and live-in support and care, whether people are using Supported Living services or are in one of our residential homes.
