Paul Marriner Chief Executive, The Lifeways Group

Paul is responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the group and ensuring it adheres to high quality standards, policies and procedures, and professional practices.

Paul is a qualified nurse with over 20 years’ experience in planning, development and management of community-based services for people with learning or physical disabilities.

He joined Lifeways in 2000 and was promoted to Chief Executive in 2007.

Kevin Franklin

Kevin Franklin Chief Financial Officer

Kevin is responsible for the financial operations of The Lifeways Group. Kevin is an experienced Finance Director and CFO who has worked in a number of substantial organisations in a wide variety of business sectors. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants having qualified with Haines Watts before moving to Deloittes. He is directly responsible for finance & IT within the Lifeways Group.

Garry Cross

Garry Cross Commercial and Acquisitions Director

Garry has over 25 years extensive director and senior management experience in the retail, hospitality and care sectors. Having joined the care sector in January 2008, he has worked for a national operator of domiciliary care and for Lifeways in supported living services.

Jemima Taylor

Jemima Taylor Group Director of Development and Communications

BSc (Hon), DipDM

Jemima brings to the business over 15 years of business development and marketing experience with both multi-national companies and SMEs across a diverse range of industries.

At Lifeways, she is responsible for the development of strategic growth and all external communications and literature.

She joined Lifeways in February 2008 with the Kentwood acquisition.

Anne Bygrave

Anne Bygrave Group Operations Director

Dip C.O.T., Dip. Management & Leadership, PRINCE 2 Project Management

Anne has over 25 years experience of working with, leading and managing support for people who have learning disabilities, mental health needs, and for older people.

She has worked in health, social services and independent organisations where she has held roles of both commissioner and provider. Anne has a strong background in safeguarding and personalisation, and has worked both as an Assistant Director in a joint PCT/local authority post responsible for Learning Disability and Mental Health services, and latterly, for a Local Authority.

Dorothy Delooze

Dorothy Delooze Group Quality Director

RNMH and Diploma in Management Studies

Dorothy is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of the company.

She joined Lifeways in January 2008 from another national care provider where for 10 years she acted as Operations Director. She has over 25 years' experience within the care sector,

Her background is in the care of people with learning disabilities and she gained her nursing qualification with South Cheshire School of Nursing. She has a Diploma in Management Studies.
