The Lifeways Quality Strategy provides a framework to ensure that the people we support are at the centre of everything we do
We’re dedicated to driving improvement across our services, guided by both external accreditation and input from the people we care for and their support networks. Person-centred approaches are used across the organisation and every Lifeways employee works in a person-centred way.
As part of our Person-Centred Approaches Strategy we deliver person-centred training. We also monitor and audit the delivery of person centred services, ensuring that the identified outcomes for people we support feature significantly in our audit process.
The services we provide are person-centred and we have successfully:
- developed co-productive relationships with key stakeholders to enable the successful design, planning and delivery of new personalised systems and services.
- consulted with, and directly involved, people who use our services and their families, so we can make decisions about how we move forward together.
- developed information in a range of accessible formats.
