Transforming Lives

Enabling every person to live life to the full

FHC

Future Home Care was established in 2005 specifically to support adults with a learning disability to live with a high degree of independence in the home of their own choosing.

Today, as part of the Lifeways Group, our core objective is to encourage the people we support to achieve this independence with choice and control over their lives

We currently support over 200 people across the UK in a range of housing options, offering a unique person-centred supported living service that provides a real alternative to residential care or long-stay hospital care. We also offer a short breaks and respite service.

We never fit an individual into a service; the services organically grow around an individual’s needs and desires

Our wide range of services includes housing, personal care, support, education, leisure activities, health and wellbeing and mentoring.

In addition, we provide specialist support services that cater for high levels of support needs such as managing challenging behaviour, sensory loss, dual diagnosis, physical disabilities and autism.
