As a Support Worker you will be working with a wide range of individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You will be helping them to increase their independence and integration into the community, through supporting them with their daily living skills and networks.
Our shift patterns are over a seven day rota and you must be flexible to work day or nights shifts, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays.
Day to day you will be involved in supporting people with their daily lives, which includes personal care. It may involve taking them to appointments, helping them with their budgets or shopping, taking them on holiday or helping them learn to cycle, swim or a number of other activities they may be interested in. It will be through your support and help that they will be able to become more independent and have a better quality and enjoyable life.So what are you waiting for?
