Support Services

We provide services to people across the UK providing strong support structures through local teams. This in turn enables us to operate as an informed and active part of the community. This combination provides a strong balance of quality and stability with local skills and knowledge.

We provide support to people in many different settings – at home, in purpose built supported living, through day clubs or in residential care homes. In all these settings, we aim to help people live as independently as possible.

Work for us

Employing over 10,000 staff nationwide, we have a variety of opportunities including support worker positions, registered scheme managers in local communities and a variety of area office based roles.

Whatever your career aspirations, by joining our team, you will help to make a difference to the quality of life for people in your local community.
