What is Supported Living?

We can support you at home, or help to find you a new place to live.

We specialise in providing supported living for people with diverse and complex needs including individuals with a learning and/or physical disability, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries and people with autism.

We build new supported living developments and refurbish properties to a high standard across the UK and then help individuals to become tenants in those properties.

We will help you to maintain a tenancy, provide support to manage money and ensure you are budgeting for bills and food. We can also help you to find employment and access education courses.

Whether that involves living alone, finding new house mates or developing more independence in the family home. We match our staff skills to individual needs and work in partnerships to create the perfect support plan whatever service you require.

Finding a place to live

We work with developers that specialise in Supported Living apartments and bungalows with assistive technology and a number of Housing Association partners to find suitable and affordable places for people to live. That includes setting up tenancy agreements so individuals truly have their own homes.

If you would prefer to share with one or more people we can also work with the local authority to find compatible housemates. You will be involved in every step of the process and be able to choose who you want to live with.

We will work with you to identify any relevant assistive technology or adaptations needed in order to promote independence, privacy and safety in your home.
