Overview

The Bedford and Northampton Care Solutions  area office provides supported living and outreach services across the counties of Bedforshire and Northamptonshire for individuals with  Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health needs.

At the Bedford and Northampton area office we provide a range of support and accommodation based solutions for people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, complex needs, physical disability or mental health issues across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire.

We provide high quality, person-centred care that ensures each person we support has the opportunity, encouragement and experiences they need to develop their living and social skills. We believe in providing a truly personalised service where all aspects of the support are determined by the needs and wishes of each individual.

We work with you to create bespoke support, enabling you to have the right support to live on your own or in small friendship groups, enabling you as much independence and choice as possible.

At the Bedford and Northampton area office, we run outreach services, providing active support in the community.  Services range from support to access college and work, personal care needs, accessing social events and venues: support with domestic and housekeeping tasks and supporting you to build confidence and skills in all aspects of daily living.

Support can range from a few hours of each week to people with more intensive needs who require 24 hour care.

We believe in providing a truly personalised service where all aspects of support are determined by the needs and wishes of each individual.

  • Shared houses, typically for 2 to 4 people each with their own room and some shared facilities
  • Clustered accommodation where people live in individual flats close to others with similar support needs

Care Solutions Nottinghamshire and Derby area office provides services in the following areas: Nottingham, Derby and Nottinghamshire, those services include: Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health.

From our Nottinghamshire & Derby office we provide bespoke supported living services for adults with a learning disability, autistic spectrum conditions, complex needs, physical disability or mental health issues.

We support people individually or in small friendship groups to enable them to have as much independence and choice as possible.

Our Nottinghamshire and Derby area office services include support for people who manage with very few hours of support each week to people with higher needs who require 24 hour care.

At our Nottingham and Derby area office we believe in providing a truly personalised service where all aspects of the support are determined by the needs and wishes of each individual.

We can support people in:

Shared houses, typically for 2 to 4 people each with their own room and some shared facilities.

From our Peterborough office we support adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, physical disabilities and complex needs in a range of supported living schemes in the Peterborough area.

We can support people individually or those who live together in small groups, enabling them to have as much independence and choice as possible. We provide a personalised service where everyone we support has a person-centred care plan tailored to their needs, goals and aspirations.

At our Peterborough and Cambridge area office we offer the highest standards of residential support through a commitment to person-centred planning, attention to detail, engaged staff teams and most importantly a passion for enabling the people we support to achieve their goals and self-direct their support as much as they can.

The Care Solutions Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire services specialise in providing support to Adults with Autism, but also includes people who may also have Learning Disabilities, Physical and Sensory Disabilities, Complex needs, Acquired Brain Injuries, and Mental Health, and includes Social, Physical, Domestic or Personal Care support.

Person Centred Approaches underpin all that we deliver, and is provided to the people we support to enable them to have as much independence and choice in their day to day lives and decision making as possible from within both their home and in the local and wider community.
