We provide intensive support towards a recovery service and can help bridge the gap of lengthy acute in-patient, residential or rehabilitation settings. Some of the people we support have enduring mental health needs including schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, eating disorders and personality disorders.

By providing compassionate care and support that meets the needs of each individual we:

  • Support and assist people to achieve independence and take control of their lives

  • Involve them in aspects relating to the services they receive and the accommodation that they live in

  • Provide information to enable people to make informed decisions and choices

  • Support people to access other services where necessary

  • Tackle discrimination and social exclusion

We also offer a Pathways service which supports people being reintroduced into society after spending time in long term services, sometimes secure.

We can offer people with mental health needs the support they need to live independently in their chosen community
