Type of property
Plantation Cottage is a four-bedroom bungalow with a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a laundry room plus an extra quiet lounge. The four bedrooms share a shower room and a bathroom with an assisted bath.
There’s some lovely outside space too, with a secluded private garden with patio that everyone can enjoy. Pets would be allowed as there is already a resident cat.
The house is located at the end of a cobbled lane, and while it is accessible by car it would require good mobility to walk up.
When you choose supported living, you’re choosing to live independently, safe and secure behind your own front door. There’s peace of mind in knowing the Lifeways team is on-hand, providing tailored support that helps people to lead more fulfilling lives, surrounded by like-minded people.
Living at this service
Life at Plantation Cottage is suitable for people with learning disabilities or autism.
The current residents are all men, so the service is suitable for another man who likes getting out and about in the community and appreciates a sociable and friendly house.
Everyone here decides how they spend their time and they have a wide range of hobbies and interests, including going to the pub, gardening, cooking and trips out to local attractions and shops.
