St Declan Close
Life-changing support for able-bodied adults with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries or mental health conditions.
Type of property
St Declan Close is an exciting new property for Lifeways. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, it has been beautifully finished, ready to welcome new people.
This two-storey, detached house has three rooms – one with an ensuite shower room. There is also a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet.
The kitchen is large, as is the open-plan lounge and dining room. There is an accessible garden with a patio, so the people we support can spend quality time outdoors.
Valued in your community
Nearby Nuneaton provides all the necessary amenities, from cafes and restaurants to shops and tourist attractions. There’s an Odeon Cinema, Nuneaton Library and Information Centre, the Abbey Theatre, Abbeygate and Ropewalk Shopping Centres with main high-street banks and popular shops, Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery, and Nuneaton Heritage Centre.
The Pingles Leisure Centre has three swimming pools, as well as a large sports hall and gym. For people who enjoy being outdoors, Mount Judd provides a lovely space for walking.
As well as local GP and dental surgeries in Nuneaton town centre, people can use Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. This facility provides mental health support, community neurological rehabilitation, a learning disability team, occupational therapy and many other services.
Living at this service
St Declan Close is ready to welcome new people and support them in leading an independent life. Every two months, meetings will be held in collaboration with the people we support.. The activities and personality of the house will be shaped by the people we will support here.
“At St Declan Close, we have a team of highly committed staff. They are always on hand to help the people we support to live as independently as possible.” Manager, St Declan Close
