Our regional directors play a significant role in leading the support we provide across the UK. Each director is responsible for a different region, ensuring there is consistent, quality support delivered to the people we work for.
Over the past few months we’ve gone through a thorough and rigorous selection process, as it is key we appoint the right person with the right skills and capability to lead and further develop the support we offer.
We are now pleased to confirm that Michelle Heath will officially commence her new role on Tuesday 1 May and we’re delighted that we have the skills already within Lifeways to be able to promote internally. Michelle is a registered Learning Disability nurse and originally joined Lifeways as Area Manager for Dudley in 2005 before moving into a Business Development role. She then decided to expand her knowledge of the sector and spent a few years working at Cambian Healthcare and BUPA before returning to the organisation in 2015 as Integrations Project Manager.
Michelle will lead the support for Dudley, Birmingham, Warwickshire, Gloucester, Worcester, Stoke and Staffordshire.
Michelle brings a wealth of experience from both within the Lifeways Group and across the sector. She has established relationships with our key Commissioners in this region and a passion helping people live ordinary, independent and happy lives through extraordinary support.
