South Drive

We are delighted to announce that our two luxury supported living apartment developments for vulnerable adults in Liverpool are now taking referrals and are ready to welcome new residents.

South Drive is located in a vibrant residential area in Wavertree, Liverpool, an ideal location for accessing local shops, amenities and transport links. Both properties are specialist supported living developments offering a new premium standard of accommodation for vulnerable adults with complex needs. One development will support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, brain injuries and autism and the other will support adults with mental health conditions.

Developed in partnership with Inclusion Housing, the new developments each consist of eight self-contained apartments, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a living room and an en-suite bathroom. The purpose-built developments are finished to a high standard with special features including an intercom, CCTV, and assistive technology tailored to individual needs and requirements. Both properties also come with an accessible communal garden with a patio.

Embracing a person-centred approach, our support teams are in place and ready to welcome and support individuals with a range of disabilities and help them to achieve personal goals and live independently while receiving the level of support they need.

Lindsey Briggs, Community Engagement & Development Manager, commented, “We are proud to announce the opening of our new services for vulnerable adults, which have been designed to meet the needs of the people in the local area. We are committed to providing exceptional care and accommodation for adults with a range of disabilities and the new developments offer a safe environment and a home to call their own.”
