Mount Court in Winsford welcomes new tenants
We are delighted to announce that Mount Court, our new service for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs is now open and is already welcoming its first tenants.
Opened last week in Winsford, Cheshire, Mount Court is an exciting new development comprising of 12 self-contained apartments each with en-suite facilities. The purpose built development offers a new premium standard of accommodation with each apartment fitted with modern white goods and integrated appliances as standard.
Situated in a quiet residential area, the accommodation is in an ideal location for people to access local shops, amenities, transport links and enjoy being out and about in the community.
As with all Lifeways homes, the staff team at Mount Court has embraced the person-centred support approach, and are already helping individuals to live independently and enjoy life at the heart of the community while receiving the support they need.
Lindsey Briggs, Community Engagement & Development Manager, commented “We are delighted to have been able to open our new supported living service in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council. It was amazing to see how well everyone pulled together to get Mount Court open during what has been a very difficult time despite COVID-19 and lockdown.”
