Aspen House is a five-bedroom home in Rushden, Northamptonshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and mild challenging behaviours. Aspen Lodge, which adjoins Aspen House, is a five-bedroom, purpose-built residential home. Aspen Lodge specialises in supporting younger adults, generally aged between 40 and 50 years of age, with learning disabilities, and medium to high challenging behaviours. Residents here generally require a greater level of support in their daily routines.

Shared spaces at Aspen House includes a  lounge, kitchen / diner, and a large secure garden with patio area outside. There is one bedroom on the ground floor, and four on the first floor. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bath or shower room. Every bedroom has a TV aerial socket and there is a cordless phone for people to use.  has its own seven-seater people carrier that the residents can make use of.

Aspen Lodge has five bedrooms and communal spaces include a large lounge, a dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a conservatory with a relaxing swing chair, and a large secure back garden. Four of the five bedrooms have a sink with vanity cupboard, and mirror. There are two communal bathrooms, one with a bath and toilet, and one with a walk-in shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a TV aerial socket.

Both homes are a ten minute walk from Rushden town centre, and Northampton is only a 25-minute drive away.  There is also access to a seven seater people carrier.

We encourage maximum independence at Aspen House and Aspen Lodge, and we ensure the people supported in both homes have varied daily routines, their own person-centred schedule of activities, and opportunities for voluntary or paid work and access to education.

This service holds National Autistic Society accreditation for quality autism provision, and we have developed our expertise in meeting the individual needs of people with autism.

Services are provided for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and mild challenging behaviours.
