The Future Home Care Birmingham & Solihull area office provides services to North and South Birmingham. We provide the following services: Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health.

Our team comprises of around 210 support staff, 9 project managers plus the senior management team. We promote a family orientated service with a hands on approach that ensures all available resources are accessible to the people we support.

Supported Living

We offer a unique, user-centred supported living service to provide a realistic alternative to residential care. We support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex health needs, mental health needs and dual diagnosis.

Person Centred Service

Our aim is to deliver an excellent quality support service which encourages people to attain a high degree of independence.

We support 66 individuals within their own homes, which have all been sourced according to their needs and requirements. We support people in a range of housing options suited to their individual needs. Some of the people we support in Birmingham live alone, some with their families and some in shared accommodation. No matter what the living arrangements, we adapt our care packages to everyone’s specific requirements.

The experience and flexibility of Future Home Care is further highlighted by our project in Solihull where a registered residential placement has been set up for one person. This individual has high complex needs and a dual diagnosis, and with the right care package we have been able to meet their needs and make this a very successful placement, which had never before been achieved.

Whether it’s a few hours support each week or 24/7 care and support, we create innovative personalised packages of support based around the person’s needs, the budget available and their individual goals.

The referral and assessment managers support with the setting up of the services working closely alongside the operations team. This additional experienced resource ensures the delivery of a high quality support package which is tailor made to meet the individual’s needs.

We support people with a range of complex needs including:

Learning disabilities

Physical disabilities

Mental health issues

Dual Diagnosis

Challenging behaviour
