Lifeways Chesterfield area office provides services for the following areas: Glossop (South Manchester), Chesterfield and Derbyshire, the services we offer are; Supported Living and ABI.
Our acquired brain injury support at the Chesterfield area office gives hope and independence to people who have suffered injuries caused by trauma or a from a medical condition such as a stroke, haemorrhage or tumour.
Our services focus on providing specialist support for people within their own home. This helps them to rebuild their family, social and community links, whilst retaining the specialist support they require. Through work, college, volunteering, shopping, meeting friends and family, enjoying a hobby or playing sport, we support and encourage each person to access opportunities, activities and facilities open to everyone in the community – supporting them to be active members of their community.
Our aim at the Lifeways Chesterfield office is to help people towards greater independence
Whether it’s a few hours support each week to 24/7 care and support, we create innovative, personalised packages of support based around each person’s needs, the budget available and their individual goals.
