The Farmhouse, Scopwick is an eight bedroom residential property located at our Heath Farm site in Lincolnshire. At The Farmhouse, Scopwick we offer the highest standards of residential care support through a commitment to person-centred planning, attention to detail, engaged staff teams and most importantly a passion for enabling the people we support to achieve their goals and self-direct their support as much as they can.

Services are offered to people with autism.

Positive behavior support and active support underpin everything we do. We understand that each individual is a unique human being and not just a set of risks and challenges. We also recognize that families are the experts, so we work closely with families to create care pathways that empower the people we support to achieve their ambitions, acquire new skills, forge genuine community links and to live fulfilling lives.

Our commitment

We have a commitment to innovation and excellence, building every service around each individual. Personalised support is provided by a support team who are experienced in working with individuals with high complex care needs. We invest a great deal of time and resource into training our staff, enabling them to provide the highest standard of care in this specialist setting. Our teams recognise the uniqueness of each individual, and everyone we support can be sure they will be treated with respect, integrity and dignity.

About Heath Farm

Heath Farm is our flagship residential service in Lincolnshire. An inclusive, purpose built setting, Heath Farm comprises six individual houses each with their own unique identity and individually registered with the Care Quality Commission. Success for each individual supported is ensured through our combination of positive behaviour support, person centered planning and in depth knowledge of autism.

Through working with the person at their pace, and using a range of tools appropriate to their needs the service provided at Heath Farm will ensure that support is always developmental and working towards the goals and outcomes identified by the person and their family as being important.

The service provides long term placements but can act as a stepping stone to supported living which we also provide in the local area.
