Greenlands View is a new residential care service offering nine large en-suite bedroom living spaces in the Bartley Green area of Birmingham. It provides a specialist residential service designed to meet the needs of individuals who are diagnosed with autism and may have other associated complex needs.
Our philosophy is to help individuals with complex presentations by working in partnership to provide a person-centred service at the heart of the local community. We create bespoke support plans for everyone we support, enabling them to achieve their goals and develop their skills while living the life they choose.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) underpins everything we do, and we actively promote opportunity, choice and control for everyone we support.

Greenlands View provides a flexible and comfortable living environment that can support 9 people. The property comprises of 9 spacious en suite bedrooms with a wide variety of communal areas for everyone to use.
The newly built accommodation has been designed to a high specification to assist people to live independently and safely, fully supported by a dedicated
24/7 on site staff team. The accommodation is personalised, contemporary and accessible with assistive technology integrated within the building to promote a good quality of life and encourage social interaction. The location of the property is ideal to ensure an active community hub.
Greenlands View is situated within an existing residential area in the heart of Bartley Green, with its local shops and amenities within walkable distance. The service sits adjacent to Wychbury Road allotments and is within short distance of the 450 acre Woodgate Valley Country Park. Immediately outside the service are bus links to Birmingham town centre with good transport links to the wider area.
