Set within a large detached house, Grosvenor Avenue, Carshalton in Surrey provides residential care accommodation for up to five people. Grosvenor Avenue, Surrey has been specially adapted to the needs of the residents and a team of trained, screened professionals is available at all times to provide any support people need.

We have worked hard to create an environment which looks and feels very much like a home.

We encourage people to decorate their rooms in any way they like and have built strong relationships between staff and the people we support. The result is a lovely family atmosphere where residents are given the chance to really enjoy life.

We see support as being a true partnership between the individual and their support team who work closely with each person in drawing up support plans which meet their unique needs. By getting to know every person we support, and their families and support networks, we can understand their needs and aspirations and develop a series of achievable life goals.

We encourage everyone to enjoy the lifestyle of their choice.

Whilst residents prefer a more structured routine, others take part in a range of varied activities both in the home and wider community. We use activities which help people gain confidence and life skills such as shopping, personal hygiene and self care. Some individuals undertake voluntary work and college courses such as IT, art and cookery. Others enjoy a host of activities such as swimming, horse riding or bowling and we often accompany people to local pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Services are offered to people with with mild to moderate learning disabilities and associated complex needs including autism.
