We provide services to assist with the following:

  • emotional support, for the people we support and their families
  • day-to-day tasks
  • learning new skills and becoming more independent
  • taking up education and employment opportunities
  • becoming more involved in social activities in the local area

Lifeways Natural Networks supports people with mental health, acquired brain injuries and complex needs to lead independent, fulfilled lives. We work within the Wirral area promoting positive mental health by delivering person centred, recovery focused support, which enables you to maximize independence and empowers individuals to think about and plan what they want, now and in the future.

By working in partnership with each person and their network of support – family members, case managers, health and rehabilitation professionals – we are able to plan and deliver successful outcomes.

At Lifeways Natural Networks we understand that everyone is unique and will need a different and individual approach to support. You will be involved at every stage from identifying your goals, involvement in staff selection, identifying existing support networks and any anxieties that you have to develop a support plan that reflects your preferences, diversity, strengths and abilities and shows the way you want to be supported to achieve your outcomes. From help around the home and personal care to accessing the social, educational, employment, leisure and voluntary opportunities open to everyone in your local community, our flexible packages of support are designed to meet individual needs and aspirations as they change.

At Lifeways Natural Networks we offer the highest standards of mental health support through a commitment to person-centred planning, attention to detail, engaged staff teams and most importantly a passion for enabling the people we support to achieve their goals and self-direct their support as much as they can.

Positive behaviour and active support underpin everything we do. We understand that each individual is a unique human being and not just a set of risks and challenges. We also recognise that families are the experts, so we work closely with families to create care pathways that empower the people we support to achieve their ambitions, acquire new skills, forge genuine community links and to live fulfilling lives.
