About This Centre

  • The 48 bed purpose-built centre provides the following three services: complex disability management, neuropalliative care and respite care. Our centre has been designed to care for adults, who are medically stable, with a range of neurological conditions including, but not limited to: Acquired Brain Injury, Huntington’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Spinal Injury.
  • We take a person-centred approach to care planning at Linlathen. On admission and, regularly throughout their stay, each individual is assessed on their own personal capabilities to work out what their goals are now and for the future. This enables our team to ensure that each individual has access to the correct level of care and support at the right time to allow them to accomplish their goals. Families are involved in all on-going decisions in a patient’s care.
