Park Church Hall is a supported living development of accessible and attractive one bedroom apartments in the Tranmere area of the Wirral in a beautiful converted church building. We provide high quality, 24-hour care and support services for people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical, associated complex health needs or acquired brain injury (ABI).
All the apartments are self-contained and consist of a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, living room and kitchen.
At Park Church Hall we want the people we support to truly live their lives, and we empower them to achieve their goals, learn new skills and take positive risks to achieve the outcomes that are important to them. Positive behavioural support and active support underpin everything we do, and our specialist support workers work with each individual and their families to plan a bespoke care pathway.
Everyone we support is encouraged to really enjoy their leisure time and get out and about in the community. We work with each individual to create a tailored schedule of activities, aimed at developing practical skills while having fun, developing greater independence and working towards their personal goals.
Sitting at the heart of the local community, Park Church Hall offers opportunities for positive social inclusion as well as the skilled support needed by each individual. There are spacious and comfortable communal areas and a large enclosed garden to the rear. Assisted technology is installed according to individual needs, and everyone is encouraged to truly personalise their own bedroom.
At Park Church Hall we offer the highest standards of residential support through a commitment to person-centred planning, attention to detail, engaged staff teams and most importantly a passion for enabling the people we support to achieve their goals and self-direct their support as much as they can.
Positive behaviour and active support underpin everything we do. We understand that each individual is a unique human being and not just a set of risks and challenges. We also recognise that families are the experts, so we work closely with families to create care pathways that empower the people we support to achieve their ambitions, acquire new skills, forge genuine community links and to live fulfilling lives.
