We provide services to assist with the following:

Care Solutions Peterborough and Cambridge area office provide services to the following areas: Milton, Cambridge, March, Yaxley, Holme, Warmington and Peterborough, those services include: Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Supported Living Apartments.
From our Peterborough office we support adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, physical disabilities and complex needs in a range of supported living schemes in the Peterborough area.
We can support people individually or those who live together in small groups, enabling them to have as much independence and choice as possible. We provide a personalised service where everyone we support has a person-centred care plan tailored to their needs, goals and aspirations.
At our Peterborough and Cambridge area office we offer the highest standards of residential support through a commitment to person-centred planning, attention to detail, engaged staff teams and most importantly a passion for enabling the people we support to achieve their goals and self-direct their support as much as they can.
Positive behaviour and active support underpin everything we do. We understand that each individual is a unique human being and not just a set of risks and challenges. We also recognize that families are the experts, so we work closely with families to create care pathways that empower the people we support to achieve their ambitions, acquire new skills, forge genuine community links and to live fulfilling lives. Peterborough and Cambridge area office is an ideal stepping stone for young adults in transition from college or children’s services or individuals leaving hospital settings and can provide a pathway to the person having their own local supported living tenancy.
We provide support from a few hours each week to 24 hour care, depending on individual requirements.
We can make supported living a reality for people even with the highest levels of need.
We can support people in:
Shared houses, usually for 2 to 4 people with their own room and some shared facilities
Clustered accommodation where people live in individual flats
Their own home, including outreach services
