The Lifeways Salford area office provides services in the following locations: Swinton, Bruinswick, Rochdale, Berry and Salford. The services include: Complex Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Supported Living Apartments

At the Salford area office we are working in partnership with the people we support and their families, to deliver bespoke services to people in their own home and community. Everything we do is based on personalisation, enabling people to reach their full potential while leading rewarding and fulfilled lives.

Our professional and friendly team is on hand 24-hours a day to provide support with anything a person needs but we always give each person we work with the space to retain control over their day to day lives.

The personalised ethos that underpins our work, ensures that we support people to live with greater independence – helping them with activities such as shopping, self-care, cooking, budgeting, building personal networks and connecting with people in their local community.

From our Salford area office we work with people of all ages who have a range of complex needs including learning disability, autism spectrum conditions including Asperger’s syndrome, plus people with mental health conditions, sensory impairments and physical disabilities.

At the Salford area office we also provide support for:

Family or carers of the person we support

Making important decisions

Ensuring that other people understand what you need

Accessing health services

Support and encouragement to stay healthy

Emotional support

Short breaks and respite in your own home

Managing challenging behaviour

We can support you to decide what level of support you or your family member needs, and because a persons needs will vary, we can offer a support package that grows with them. To find out more about the services we provide at the Salford area office please contact us for an informal chat.
