The Meadows located in Leyland, Lancashire provides a specialist supported living service, a flexible and comfortable living environment that can support five adults. The house comprises of five bedrooms, each of which is a self-contained suite with its own entrance, lounge and dining area, and wet room.
Our philosophy is to help individuals with complex presentations by working in partnership to provide a person centred service at the heart of the local community. We create bespoke care plans for each individual that we support, enabling them to achieve their goals and develop their skills while living the life they choose.
Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and active support underpin everything we do, and we promote opportunity, choice and control for everyone we support.
The Meadows is located in a quiet residential area, close to local shops and a park. It is close to transport links to the surrounding areas.
Autism Care are dedicated to offering specialist services as part of a full community care pathway.
