A tailored, person-centred approach
Everything we do is tailored to the individual. Everyone who joins us receives a fully personalised support programme which we encourage them to play a part in creating and reviewing.
We support residents to improve their communication skills, to develop independence and to integrate with the local community. Our aim is that each person progresses to a point where they can move on to semi or fully independent living in the community.
Although there’s no limit to how long people can stay with us. Our active, person-centred approach means that they are often able to move on within around 18 months.
Services are offered to people with learning disabilities, complex needs including autism and behaviours that challenge, acquired brain injury, mental health. We provide residential, short breaks & respite, outreach, and transitional support.
