Located in the beautiful rural surroundings of Gringley on the Hill, between Gainsborough and Bawtry, the large detached property has thirteen en-suite bedrooms, and a range of shared spaces including a kitchen, dining room, large living room, a conservatory and an activity room, giving people plenty of choice in how they spend their time. There are also a variety of recreational spaces to enjoy including table tennis and a basketball hoop as well as a spacious accessible garden with a patio and a BBQ for people to use when the weather is nice. With its calm, spacious environment and sensory room, Rosekeys offers a setting that feels both comfortable and stimulating, tailored to the needs of the people we support.

Located in the peaceful rural village of Gringley on the Hill, Rosekeys offers the best of both worlds - a tranquil setting with strong links to nearby towns and communities. People enjoy regular walks in the surrounding countryside, as well as visits to nearby places such as Sherwood Pines which offers more than 3,300 acres of forest and wetland to explore.

There are also plenty of opportunities to stay active and connected, with Bircotes Leisure Centre offering a gym, swimming pool and classes throughout the year. For days out, Doncaster and Sheffield are both within easy reach, with a wide choice of shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and cultural attractions. Whether it’s a quiet walk in nature or a busy day out, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
 

Living at this service

With support shaped around each person's needs, Rosekeys is ideal for people who are autistic, have complex behaviours or are living with acquired brain injuries or learning disabilities. We support a wide range of people, some of whom may at times display behaviours that challenge. We always taking a patient, person-centred approach to help build confidence, independence and a sense of control in daily life.  

There’s a real sense of community within the home, where people are encouraged to make their own choices and pursue the things they enjoy. Favourite activities include trips to Centre Parcs, bowling, golf, squash and the cinema, as well as regular walks in the local area. Some people also enjoy spending time in the kitchen, taking part in activities at home, or simply relaxing in the garden.

With consistent, compassionate support from a dedicated team who take the time to understand each person, people are supported to try new experiences, develop skills and feel proud of their achievements, creating a place that truly feels like home.
