Spring Lane is a detached house where people are supported to live independently. The three-bed property has a kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, a laundry room and two bathrooms - one upstairs with a standard shower, and one downstairs which is wet room style. Spring Lane has an accessible garden with a BBQ for people to use when the weather is good. We even have a resident cat!
Valued in your community
Spring Lane is located in a tranquil residential area. There are lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a post office and Rushall Library. For people who like to stay active, Bloxwich Active Living provides year-round access to a gym and swimming pool. Larger amenities can be found in nearby Walsall, with the Crown Wharf Retail Park or Saddlers Shopping Centre, and the Light Cinema Walsall. Wolverhampton also has the Mander Shopping Centre, Wolverhampton Grand Theatre, the Lighthouse Cinema, Hollywood Bowl Wolverhampton, and the West Park Conservatory. Birmingham is just a short journey away too, where people can visit the Thinktank Science Museum, the Bullring Shopping Centre, O2 Academy, Sealife Centre, and a number of theatres and art galleries.
