Everyone deserves unique support in a home they’ll feel proud of - and that’s exactly what we provide.
It all starts with our specialist assessors, who together with each individual build a clear understanding of their needs and preferences, making sure that they make the choice that is right for them.
We work together with the individuals, their families, and their professional network through the referral and assessment process, ensuring every detail is right - including the perfect location, type of accomodation and level of support needed. We help right down to the finer details including helping make any required adaptations to their home and finding the right housemates that will provide companionship and promote confidence.
Once welcomed into their new home, we’re there to build and support each individual's development plan, which is created between our team, the person and their support network - making sure that everyone is in agreement and confident with the support that will be provided.
Whether the goal is to be able to independently complete daily living tasks, or find a route into education or employment, we support each person's personal ambitions and have experience in our team to help them achieve their targets. Support plans are continually reviewed and adapted to ensure they grow with each individual and continue to provide positive outcomes.

We make sure to surround ourselves with people who share our ambitions and values. We recruit carefully, hiring the best in our sector along with passionate individuals who feel driven to build their career with us. And we put a big focus on training and development, making sure that each person has a clear career pathway and they are supported with their progression. As a minimum, all of our support workers are working towards or have achieved the Care Certificate qualification, with many of our team also having specialist experience and skills.
Our dedication to team support is shown with our staff retention rates - over a quarter of our team have been with us for over five years and some from the very beginning. This means that we are able to build long-lasting, strong relationships with the people we support, seeing them through their different journeys and stages of life, and ultimately resulting in improved outcomes and excellent continuity of care.
