Enquiry and Referrals Manager
A qualified Social Worker and Senior Manager with over 25 years’ experience working in both children’s and adult services, Dawn joined SIL in 2016 to help develop our assessment process. Utilising her knowledge and experience of complex assessments across the public and private sectors, in both lead social worker, quality assurance and advisory positions, Dawn has continued to use her skills to develop our referral, assessment and transition process in a way that promotes proactive risk management and adopts a creative approach in meeting the needs of both our customers and, more importantly, the people we work with.
Dawn currently manages SIL’s enquiry and referral process across all SIL services, and works closely with Marianne Park and our team of Assessors and Scheme Managers.
